Job Description

As a Helpdesk Officer at IX Telecom, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Network Operations Center (NOC) by handling non-technical inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions, assisting with general inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. This position is essential in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our technical support team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of network operations is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
