Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Engagement
- Assist Senior Account Managers with customer relationship management and
day-to-day follow-ups. - Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure prompt, professional follow-up with all
clients. - Maintain an upbeat, engaging personality and represent IX Telecom with credibility
and care.
Proposal & Sales Coordination
- Support the preparation of sales documents: proposals, tenders, quotations, and decks.
- Coordinate internal inputs from pre-sales, engineering, and finance teams.
CRM & Data Handling
- Update and maintain CRM records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track account pipeline, client touchpoints, and renewal status in a structured format.
Internal Task Management
- Respond quickly to internal team requests and contribute to documentation and
reporting. - Participate in internal reviews and team briefings with prepared data/notes.
Learning & Growth
- Continuously enhance knowledge on telco products, solutions, and enterprise IT
trends. - Complete product/sales onboarding modules within 90 days and shadow senior team
members.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or sales coordination (internship experience considered).
- Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm to understand telco/enterprise technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and personal attitude in both team and customer
settings. - Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written).
- Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and travel when required.
- Experience in a Malaysian domestic carrier wholesale landscape is an added
advantage.
