Job Description

Job Summary
IX Telecom is seeking a driven and strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth, strengthening partner relationships and loyalty, expanding network coverage, improving service quality, enhancing operational efficiency, and participating in professional development. You will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth and Profit Maximization:
    • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve new sales Gross Margin (GM) targets.
    • Facilitate service renewals to increase service renewal GM.
    • Maintain high responsiveness to requirements as per the SLA agreed with Sales.
  • Partnership Development and Relationship Management:
    • Conduct monthly partner meetings and engage in strategic discussions to fortify partnerships.
    • Represent the company at international sales conferences to network and promote collaboration.
    • Manage SLA compliance with partners to avoid breaches that could lead to customer penalties.
    • Validate and update rate card prices with partners to ensure competitiveness.
  • Network Expansion and Service Quality:
    • Identify and onboard new partners to broaden network coverage.
    • Focus on establishing connections with Managed Service (MS) and Connectivity partners worldwide.
    • Assess and increase the number of connectivity and managed service partners per country.
  • Operational Efficiency and Cost Management:
    • Ensure comprehensive data recording in company systems including sales data, meeting notes, and progress reports.
    • Leverage dashboard analysis for insightful partnership and sourcing operations.
    • Track and enhance KPI results to optimize performance.
    • Maintain up-to-date budgetary pricing information for each country.
  • Professional Development:
    • Participate in sales soft skill training, including negotiation and customer handling.
    • Engage in managing people training to enhance leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel internationally and participate in various sales conferences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in telecommunications and understanding of global market dynamics is preferred.
