Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
Gather feedback from clients and address their concerns promptly.
Nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Set revenue targets and sales quotas, working closely with the Sales team.
Identify sales opportunities, both upselling and cross-selling, to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Present product/service offerings effectively to prospects and clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and renewals.
Client Satisfaction and Retention
Measure and ensure client satisfaction through surveys and feedback collection.
Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor client account performance and activities to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Sales Team
Collaborate with the Sales team to support their efforts and align strategies for client growth.
Share client insights, feedback, and market trends to enhance the sales process.
Work together to develop targeted client acquisition and retention strategies.
Market Research and Insights
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Share relevant insights with the Sales team to inform their sales strategies.
Provide competitive intelligence and analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
Proposal and Presentation
Prepare and deliver effective proposals and presentations to win new business.
Ensure consistency and effectiveness in all client-facing communications.
Tailor proposals and presentations to meet client-specific needs and objectives.
Identify and address client issues and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Develop and implement resolution plans, collaborating with relevant teams.
Continuously monitor and improve issue resolution processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
