Job Description

  • Managing accounts portfolio to achieve long-term success
  • Establishing a good relationships with clients
  • Handling customer needs
  • Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions
  • Overseeing account representatives to boost sales
  • Making regular reports on sales performance
  • Setting sales targets
  • Making suggestions to improve sales performance
  • Generating leads and understanding target audiences.
  • Managing client payments and ensuring transactions are complete.
  • Preparing sales reports for use by the sales team.
  • Forecasting targets with the use of data.

Qualifications

Sales representatives constantly face objections and concerns from leads and must be well adept at negotiating deals. Good Relationship with management and listen to task given. Must also be skilled at building, nurturing, and in some cases, sustaining long-term relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Proven experience in a sales role or related experience as an accountant representative (more than 5 years experience as account manager)
  • Experience in tender process (preparation and submissions)
  • Experience in preparing quotation for client, good in excel formulas and spreadsheets
