Job Description

Sales Documentation Management
Efficiently handle incoming sales documents.
Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales documents.
Maintain version control and ensure proper archiving.

Order Processing
Receive and process incoming orders.
Verify order accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with various teams to fulfill orders.
Ensure timely delivery or service provision.

Data Management
Collect, input, and update data in databases.
Regularly validate data for accuracy.
Maintain data security and compliance.

Marketing Event Coordination
Plan, schedule, and coordinate marketing events.
Communicate event details effectively to stakeholders.
Ensure the successful execution of marketing events.

Cross-Team Collaboration
Act as a bridge between different teams, fostering effective communication.
Schedule and coordinate cross-team meetings to facilitate collaboration.
Share relevant information and updates across teams.

Campaign Execution Support
Collaborate on campaign planning, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Execute campaign tasks as assigned, such as content creation or distribution.
Monitor and report on campaign progress to evaluate effectiveness.

Database Management
Regularly update and clean databases to maintain data accuracy.
Implement backup and security measures to protect data.

Account Manager Support
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to assist with client-related tasks.
Provide timely support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Routine Administrative Tasks
Handle various administrative duties to support sales operations.
Maintain organization and efficiency in administrative processes.

Timely Documentation
Establish and follow processes to ensure prompt document creation and filing.
Implement measures to prevent document delays and errors.
