Job Description

This role is for a team-spirited, skilled and business-minded character with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for productivity. We challenge you to dive in and support the elevation of international sales. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is as follows:

  • Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
  • Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
  • Coordinate with the vendor in terms of legalities and technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with other sales members and engineering and provide a technical solution.
  • Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales, service delivery and finance.
  • Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
  • Maintain relationships with partners by providing support and solutions to their requirements.
  • Participate on behalf of the company on tenders and large RFPs from the carrier business.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
  • Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
  • Attend conferences both local and international.
  • Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
  • Reports to Head of International Business
Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales and Procurement (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Competency in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding marketing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about sales
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
